Log the time in VC, periodically check for active users in the VC, log who was active in the VC with them cam on/off, check for mutuals
This would be very useful for times when you're AFK and can't actively check their VC.
At current state, this doesn't do much more than 'notifyuserchanges' plugin, aside from checking Profile changes?
