I'm quite keen on keeping the sentence in a way that it states a negative. So maybe something like

"Professional recruitment is regrettably not allowed on the ZA Tech group public channels or any unsolicited contact. Recruitment organisations are however permitted to have a presence and to maintain a channel where opportunities can be shared."
