Link to list of administrators no longer works #21

There's a link to the team directory (https://zatech.slack.com/team) at the top of README.md, but this link no longer appears to be working, at least for non-admin users.

Is there an alternative way to show the list of admins? If there isn't a live link, perhaps it should be inlined in the CoC?

I think including a list of us in a pinned message in a default channel that we link to might work better then.

We also have it in the topic of #asktheadmins, and could put it in the code of conduct.
