Added Xcode 6.1 GM UUID.

Hi @BenjaminX, thanks for the pull request, can you attach the exact version of Xcode?

Running defaults read /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Info DVTPlugInCompatibilityUUID on my machine outputs C4A681B0-4A26-480E-93EC-1218098B9AA0

My Xcode version is 6.1 (6A1052d)
