updated learn, explore and join pages.

I have added some style elements within the +page.svelte files for explore, join and learn, but maybe this isn't the best place to store these in svelte? Can you let me know if I should move that/where? looks like I can add classes from tailwind into the html. Is that best way?

Also, I adjusted the color of the h2 elements to orangered to help break it up visually, but maybe another color would look better? Or another way of breaking up like underline?

I chose not to list everything with bullet points to help keep it cleaner, I thought each page would look better without a bunch of bullet points. I wrapped them in h3 tags instead, is that ok?

Additionally, what is the best spot for listr.lol? I have it placed in both tools and social on the explore page in this pull request, and am happy to leave it in both or move elsewhere, but wanted your opinion.

(I have a few apps that are in multiple places already, maybe its ok to keep Listr that way?)
