Support districts of Berlin #4

Your current version has 11000 as community_code for every single entry in Berlin. There are more accurate values, e.g. 11001 for "Berlin Mitte", to which I updated the list.

Late reply, but yes ;) I hope it's okay that the coordinates aren't updated, as I only have the zipcode information.

Hey @magicbrothers I have updated the database from geonames and now the district changes are missing. Where did you get the data from that I can include these changes again easily in the german zipcode file. maybe more cities missing these district information?

Hi @simonfranzen , unfortunately, when I got the data from that source, I didn't pay attention to licenses. It's not an open data source where I got it from, so I wouldn't include it in a script that automatically fetches data from it.
