Initiative: User Interface Refinement

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our user interface, we need to evaluate the 'Item Tax' field within the item group section for its utility and usage frequency. The goal is to determine if this field should remain openly accessible to users or if its access should be restricted.

Current Functionality

The 'Item Tax' field is currently available to all users within the item group section. Additionally, there exists a 'Print' function in the same area.

Goal

Our primary objective is to enhance user experience by simplifying interactions and focusing on the most impactful features. We must ensure that any modifications we make serve the best interest of our users and contribute to a more efficient platform.

Request for Review and Action

Please prioritize this assessment and the potential subsequent changes. The insights gained from user feedback and usage analysis will be instrumental in guiding our interface development strategy.

Thank you for your commitment to creating a more intuitive and focused user experience.

Suggestion:

We can design process to

  1. Allow USER only to checkbox 'Item Price with Taxes' or
  2. Force all user for basic package to use default setting as all item price included taxes.

And We need to set item tax template as default for selecting With and Without Tax included in the Item

Image

We need to set as Default for all item that need to included tax in the calculation as image as well as set Sales Taxes and Charges template as default

suggest to hidden this item tax template on view level from user. as we do not need to set up this template for each item group

Already hidden on view level: https://beta.zaviago.com/app/item-group/Consumable
