bid toasts #13

When you place a bid, you are shown as the current high bidder

If it is accepted, no matter what screen you are on, a success toast will appear that

[ ] tells you your bid was accepted
[ ] takes you to "Gems I own page" and scrolls to that gem.

If it is rejected, no matter what screen you are on, a success toast will appear that

[ ] tells you your bid was returned.
[ ] takes you to that gems page and shows you the current owner and the history page

PR #14 completes markup and styles for:
