minting flow -- royalties:

General additions:

clicking "+ Add Collaborator"

[ ] opens up an editable field for their username

[ ] moves the "+ add a collaborator" button down (this button disappears after 10 total collaborators, including themselves)
[ ] Adds a red x symbol next to anyone added

17 closes tasks:

clicking "+ Add Collaborator"

opens up an editable field for their username
opens up a percentage field
moves the "+ add a collaborator" button down (this button disappears after 10 total collaborators, including themselves)
adds a red x symbol next to anyone added (also added removal of collaborator on click on this symbol)

Error toasts:

17 also resolves:

remove the "we'll front the cost of your first 3 mints...." text

If they mint all three pieces with less than 0.05N in their account and go to mint a 4th

disable all fields on the minting page
replace the "we'll front the cost of your first 3 NFTs..." text with "we've fronted the cost of your first 3 mints..." (can't check now in gh-pages, but markup and styles is ready for when we use actual nft contract)
