Update readme with warning message #40

Added a warning message in the readme to let users know that this repository is going off standards for NFTs.

What is the difference? Let's fix the contract

@zavodil There's a lot of things that need to change. I won't have time to fix them myself and since the holidays are coming up, can we merge this warning and remove it once the contracts are fixed?

We've had a couple users use this repo and there are major interop issues since this contract isn't up to date with the current standard.
