replaces broken image zavolab/imagemagick:7.0.10-slim with zavolab/imagemagick:6.9.10-slim
new image considerably smaller (66.54 MB vs >130 MB)
new image tested for purpose of merging multiple single-page PDF documents and creating a single combined PNG image out of the merged PDF

Check failed only because of deleted Dockerfile (CI pipeline needs some better logic to distinguish such cases)
