Combine MotEvo results into one TSV file #15

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently we have a separate results directory for every analysed PWM (as the output of parallell MotEvo runs). It would be nice to gather these results together into a nice table in TSV format.

Describe the solution you'd like Extend the pipeline with one more step at the end: combine_MotEvo_results
