I saw the build page that failed in dev. On searching about it, It seems like a known issue in snakemake, see https://github.com/snakemake/snakemake/issues/303. We are getting a similar error.

OK, I have updated snakemake version. "All checks have passed" here - builds with no problems. I will merge again and hopefully no errors arise this time.
