Description

Include multiple changes gathered along recent development. Prepare for version release 1.1.0 - the one which we will use in the full bindz tool.

Hey @uniqueg and @krish8484, I have cleaned and updated this repository, mostly tying up some loose ends. This PR from from dev -> master elevates the workflow for a new minor release: 1.1.0. The interfaces did not change, although I have added a BED-formatted file with the inferred binding sites as an additional output and re-wired the workflow a little. This is all in preparation for the real bindz which will be an online web service and (presumably) will run both RBP-pipeline and miRNA-pipeline. @krish8484: I guess you heard about these plans already <?> With this PR I report to you that the RBP pipeline is finished and we should use the tagged version to run on our cluster under the hood of bindz.
