Correctly set supported Python versions #139

Tests are currently run for Python versions 3.7 through 3.9. However, in environments.yaml, Python versions 3.6 through 3.10 are specified. In addition, the package metadata in setup.py lists only 3.7 and 3.8 as supported versions.
