question about replacing older rgb mod on a pc engine console #11

I want to replace an existing rgb mod on my pc engine with a turbonanza. The mod is Tim Worthington's av-driver. That specific mod, comes with two 4.7 uF smd capacitors, to replace c133 and c135 in order to fix a jailbar issue.

Meanwhile, checking the installation instructions of Turbonanza, it isn't a requirement for these two capacitors to be swapped. Since these capacitors are already swapped in my console, do I need to replace them?

Hi,
