This game mode can be named whatever you'd like. The concept is that the player (you) will be pressing a unique combination of gems to meet the 1000 score target. Every time the player (you) clicks a gem, not only will your value move forward at random, but so will the dealer's. The player is basically trying to meet the score of 1000 before the dealer does in order to win the game.
