Update top bevy-0.11

Ive removed all the warnings and updated per the migration guide. This doesnt actually run on my machine and Im too newbie to figure out why so far. Any ideas would be appreciated.

@00alia00 this is a good start. There are couple more tasks need to be done before I think this plugin will work with 0.11:

• Imports in wgsl files should now list the exact symbols which they are adding to the current file.
• Some setup of GI render app should be moved into app.finish:

          .init_resource::<LightPassPipelineAssets>()
          .init_resource::<ComputedTargetSizes>();
  }

• We need to remove digits from function name in wgsl as they are reserved for some internal renaming stuff in naga-oil.
• Post processing shader should be updated:

  fn fragment(in: MeshVertexOutput) -> @location(0) vec4<f32> {
  let position = in.position;

The list above is correct. I got it working in my private repo, need to back-port changes here.
