[Todo] Deprecate FSPath in favor of DiskPathSrc and DiskPathDst #26

Also we want to be able to embed PageBasedRoute inside of a RenderedPage (see prerender_helpers.go).

So we should rename PageBasedRoute to maybe just Page and rename Page to ResolvedPage or RenderedPage.

Pages is easier to remember than Routes, but Router is still preferred for the React runtime library (since pages seem idempotent).

This is in progress. Would prefer to have some test coverage for the page-based router.
