Loading configuration from json

This should include most of the configuration settings stored in JSON files, and load them into accessible python classes.

The changes include:

• Loading behavior configuration
• Loading animations, including cube and backpack light animations.
• Loading emotions.
• First version of decay graphs for changes in emotion levels.
