Hi! First i want so say that i love your theme and your work creating Mojave-like themes for KDE.
I like dark themes and i noticed that some place icons are missing. For example the icons in this dolphin screenshot:
To solve this issue in my machine, i copied this icons from Mojave-Circle-Black-Dark icon theme. Maybe i can help you creating this icons.
Other problem is that Nextcloud client doesn't have an icon. I don't knowx if i can help creating this icon, but i will try. And other thing, the okular icon are correct?
