Change emoji set #24

Would be good to allow folks to choose a different emoji set to override the one their OS renders by default - Twemoji would probably be the first to prioritize, since it's the same set Twitch and Discord utilize:

hmmm might be able to implement as part of the emote parsing so that chat widget developers wouldn't have to change any of their code
