Fix wrong opening dates in order mail #76

I made an error in the initial ordering mail and put the wrong opening days there:

Instead of: 

Gewünschtes Datum und Zeit (Öffnungszeiten: Di, Mi, Fr, 09:00-17:00) | 
Date et heure souhaitées (heures d'ouverture : mar, mer, ven, 09:00-17:00):

it should read 

Gewünschtes Datum und Zeit (Öffnungszeiten: Di, Do, Fr, 09:00-17:00) | 
Date et heure souhaitées (heures d'ouverture : mar, jeu, ven, 09:00-17:00):
