Dates are not correctly interpreted by the harvester Opendata #1293

It seems that some dates are not correctly interpreted by the harvester opendata for Lindas. The following sample are from cube "The Stapfer-Enquête" in Production:

2016-06-30 1799-12-31 1799-01-01 The only date that is correctly interpreted by the harvester is : 2022-05-23T08:17:21.556Z We must export dates as XMLSchema#dateTime, not as XMLSchemaDate.

Michèle Spichtig from BFS tells me they are updating the field PerdioOfTime in the harvester. It should be displayed correctly after this update. I don't know if it also the case for Issued and Modified.

We can discuss that on our next meeting on monday 26 sept.
