migrate `qudt:unit` to `qudt:hasUnit` #1440

future will be as noted in https://github.com/qudt/qudt-public-repo/releases/tag/v2.1.27

... but please be aware that the relation qudt:unit will eventually go away in favor of qudt:hasUnit.

@claudiodigallo zwar nicht dringend, aber wichtig, um in zukunft nicht plötzlich einen betriebsausfall zu erleiden! also diesen task unbedingt mitnehmen, sobald ein passendes kleines zeitfenster verfügbar ist.
