URL to open a specified cube in visualize no longer works from Cube-Creator or opendata.swiss #1456

Describe the bug From cube creator (here) this kind of URL no longer works (on any environment):
State account office
Same behaviour from opendata.swiss (here):

Affected functionalities (all that apply)

Expected behavior Visualize must open with the given cube selected. These URL works:
Base cube
Without version number

It's ok in TEST (cube-creator v1.13.7 (769d428) / visualize v3.22.4) and INT (cube-creator v1.13.7 (c7bc76b) / visualize v3.22.3), but not in PROD (cube-creator v1.13.7 (c7bc76b) / visualize v3.20.2).
Not sure it is a cube-creator problem (same version in PROD and INT). Visualize PROD appears not to be up to date.
