The frontend company will create a PoC to replace the current webapp.

For that we need to transform:

• Schweizerische Gemeinden und zuständige Stromnetzbetreiber (Stand 07.09.2018) (XLS, 149 kB, 07.09.2018)
• Rohdaten Tarife 2019 (Stand 06.06.2019) (XLS, 681 kB, 12.06.2019)

We will convert a few datasets more, if it's easy maybe all.

• I would propose schema.org for the "Stromnetzbetreiber"
• RDF Data Cube with multiple observations for the prices itself

Created the mappings, one for the tarif files, one for the stromnetzbetreiber and one for the kategories. I suppose we should change the base URI. I just created some elcom.zazuko uri for the time being.

In the data folder I added the resulting data files. The dataset file is created manually and contains the datacube dataset structure.

The tarife files are all the same back to 2009. The model should work on all these files. I converted the tarif file to csv and added a extra column to both the tarif as the energy provider files, which takes the provider name and replaces the space with "_" to create resources for the providers. The name of the energy provider.
