Add in which namedGraph a dataset can be found #10

It might be useful to say in which graph a dataset can be found.

This seems to be available in this ontology:

https://www.w3.org/TR/sparql11-service-description/#sd-namedGraph

Not sure if it's in VoID or others

It is mentioned, needs to be done with SPARQL service descriptions:
