Added Graphmap support based on issue #103. Also extended the constant #107

possiblities as suggested in this issue "Generally allowing to use RdfClass|RdfProperty|Datatype".

Adding rr:TriplesMap to mappings because virtuoso needs it to find TriplesMaps from a R2RML mapping. #106

This PR aims to resolve two issues: #103 #106

I already fixed some issues, but others remain. This feature still needs more work:

Only termType 'IRI' is valid for graphmaps. ATM completion with "as ..." after template is not prevented in this context (see sample)
Generated R2RML for constant with IRI String value looks odd. Likely to be incorrect (see sample)
Showing a warning is needed, if graphmap is used for csvw output. graphmap is only supported for output (rml | r2rml | carml)
Formatter adjustments needed
Omission from outline view needed
