Fix outline provider #11

Hide information below the Mapping:

Show source-types instead of unnamed for the SourceTypesDefinition:

Show language-tags instead of unnamed for the LanguageTagDefinition. Hide the Prefix:

By use of a custom outline provider and a custom label provider I adjusted the outline to: Removed the subject template Properties are no longer unnamed but are prefix:property Source-types instead of unnamed language-tags instead of unnamed Prefixes are hidden from vocabs
