Todo list of what needs to be done:

[ ] add headers to source files
[ ] update README with a contribution section
[ ] housekeeping of old branches
[ ] housekeeping of issue backlog
[ ] ...

Repositories:

[ ] probably best to have a single repo with source, examples and documentation https://github.com/zazuko/expressive-rdf-mapper
[ ] to be decided if the vscode-plugin repo should be kept separate or not (ATM different build system, see also #111 )
