Adding support for SQL Queries #32

At this moment R2RML is only possible on a db table name. We would like to add the sqlQuery property.

I added the the SQL query property and edited the validation rules which checks whether there is a source or sqlquery defined on the logical source or source Group. Added it to the #issue_32 branch.
