RML-Generator looks fine. So only contextified Csv.

@nnamtug I saw you also added testcases for the GlueingContext. When I run the maven build, those tests are not run. Did you notice that as well? Any ideas why?

hmm.. seems to be related to the junit version in MANIFEST.MF. changed to junit 4. surefire-reports now claim to have GlueingContext tests executed. strange.
