Looks great!

Just a few things:

• The "Demo" title bar is huge and pointless (why Demo?), a smaller triffid-ld header might be nice
• Rather than "Type of resource" just say "a" (or if there are multiple types "An instance of: a, b and c"
• The link on the type in the header seems wrong
• Use CURIE notation also in object position, at least for the types
• Use the rdf prefix (as in rdf:type)
• When looking at the values of the s:knows property in http://localhost:8080/data/person/bernadette-rostenkowski I see that there is a full line before and after the first, before the first and after the last would make more sense.

One more thing, remove the "... licenza.." thing (because its Italian, not a link and different datasets have different licenses)

I think to have resolved all of your open questions except for the header: now the link works and accept multiple values (I've tested it with s:knows), but doesn't change behaviour (a --> An instance of) because of mustache limitation (same for a possibile CURIE implementation). Maybe it's better to use a javascript function? Or do you like the current state?
