minor changes, update #9

removed two 404 added spyse and findsubdomains

Hi, thanks for your contribution! It looks like findsubdomains.com redirect to spyse.com and after some test of spyse.com, it looks like this is a beta service. On 10 different tests, I did not get a single result comparable to censys, shodan or zoomeye. I will check it again later but I remove it for now.
