“Failed to add source” when adding some repos #2006

Sometimes I try to add apt repositories and it says:

Failed to add source Unable to locate an APT repository at [repo url]: 200 No Error

Cancel | Edit

It has happened with the Procursus repo, the iOSCreatix repo and a few others.

Procursus can’t be added through Zebra, it’s a dists repo which needs to be set up specifically to match your major iOS version. It also can’t be added to a device already set up with Elucubratus anyway, they’re not intended to coexist on the same device. If your device is bootstrapped for Procursus, Zebra will add the correct repo automatically.

For the other repos, unfortunately you’ve skipped the bug report template so I don’t have all the info I need to help you. What iOS version are you running? There are some issues adding repos hosted on GitHub on iOS 9-10 currently. Can you load those repo urls in Safari? Also try adding /Release on the end of the url and see if you can access that, eg https://repo.chariz.com/Release. You should see a text file, or a prompt to download the file.

Could you send a list of the other repo's you were trying so I can test it here?
