Zebra doesn't detect the Meridian jailbreaks on iOS 10 #2019

I have an iPhone 7 and 7+ on iOS 10. When I install Zebra, and launch it on both devices, it tells me that it doesn't have permissions to install packages.

I've heard on Discord that similar behavior occurs with doubleh3lix as well.
