Silently fails to install certain packages

Describe the bug Zebra's install procedure appears to silently fail or miss a step

To Reproduce

• Attempt to install oslog from Procursus iphoneos-arm64-rootless 1800
• Observe silent fail

Expected behavior The selected package(s) to proceed with successful install

• Zebra Version: 1.1.35 (latest)
• Device Type: iPhone
• Jailbreak Type: Palera1n (Rootless)

Additional context This has happened once before, but it seemed to resolve itself, so I let it be. This is the first time it has occurred since.

I have the same issue, very reproducible for me when I attempt to install command line utilities. This has been happening consistently for a few months.
