In order to support installing software under a different HLQ than deployment requires multiple use HLQ's

ZBREW_SRCHLQ - To be used on source system for SMP/E Installation HLQ

ZBREW_TGTHLQ - To be used for deploying software (either to same system or remote) using a new HLQ.
