feat: removed testing projects from solution #19

The dotnet build now completes without errors.

@faesslerm - fyi. Die Files sind nicht gelöscht, nur aus der Solution entfernt. Somit geht der Build wieder und sobald wir das Testing anschauen, können wir die wieder hinzufügen und korrigieren.
