New geocoder (search API) #73

Find a geocoder which can search for POIs and addresses, also as a autocomplete.

[ ] add all avail. services
[ ] check which have friendly t&c
[ ] implement

Options:

~Nominatim~ no autocomplete
~Maptiler~ no POIs nor address points (current)
