Hello author, thank you very much for your research. After I split dota with the code you provided, there are 103,421 pictures after the split of train, but I see that the number of pictures in your log file is 8541.

My trainval set comprises 68,325 images. 8,541 is the number of total iterations per epoch, the approximate number of images processed in one epoch is obtained by multiplying the iterations by the batch size, which is 8.
