How does commot calculates the number of L-R pairs? which part I should us，or any code for tutorial

Hi, currently we use all LR pairs from the CellChatDB by default. You could also select LR species that are expressed in at least x% of cells/spots, for example, code block 7 here: https://commot.readthedocs.io/en/latest/notebooks/visium-mouse_brain.html#Preprocessing-the-data.

thanks, and For example, I run commot and how could I get total interactive LR pair number of specific cell A and cell B,or any other celltypes
