Ipfs testing #13

From this branch, follow README-ipfs.sh which just gathers the requirements for a deploy.

I want to have a few people test this from different location to see how it performs.

In my own testing, sometimes it was taking over 20 minutes!

Connecting to a know, good, ipfs swarm peer made things much more reliable, but would obviously require additional infrastructure (or filecoin :wink: )

This is without adding peers. I will run another test with adding peers as mentioned in the ipfs.sh readme.

Otherwise, still working to see why the deploy isn't showing up as expected, even after running the task.

@mdr0id updated the deployment and some of the other instructions.

This step deploys everything, it should just fail and restart until the import jobs finish.
