Update user guide #33

The user guide is the most visited pages for zcash documentation (27.0% traffic over the last month, #1 page, landing page is #3).

The user guide has not been tested or updated recently. We should ensure that:

[x] the user guide instructions work on all three OSes
[x] separate the user guide into OS-based tracks for cleared instructions (currently, the instructions for each OS are intertwined with each other)
[x] simplify instructions and format for increased success rate/legibility.
