libjingle system requirement? #86

I have compiled the libjingle according to the stated steps in readme file.
But it gives errors like file missing "mmdeviceapi.h".
It looks like libjingle is dependent on some SDKs.Please clarify if there are 
any system requirements?

I am using Visual studio 2005 on windows xp.Compiling libjingle through visual 
studio command prompt.

mmdeviceapi.h file missing error comes in session\phone\devicemanager.cc
