Add missing date to Changelog #116

1.9.1 was already released on the mentioned date

Hi @radeksimko! Thanks for letting me know about this and sorry for the slow response.

It seems like I bungled something with the v1.9.1 release because at the time I'm looking at this today there wasn't an entry for v1.9.1 in the main branch changelog at all, even though the tag exists.

It's too long ago now for me to remember what I might've done wrong here, but to try to tidy this up a bit I've restored the v1.9.1 entry into the main branch changelog along with the date heading you proposed here.

Of course the changelog has grown a bunch since you opened this, so I can't merge this changeset directly but the intended effect of it is at least now visible in the main branch. Thanks!
