You are supposed to load them by using that import button. There, you simply need to import one of the theme pack you want. (My cursor was at the folder icon) (Little question out of the box, What is that panel on the right? It is Plank ?)
Ah i see, it was that easy after all then, than you :)
And yes, indeed it is. I've also installed a theme for Plank named "Zero" (found it on the OCS-store) makes it look a bit nicer.
Just to note this again, with v2.6 you can import more 3rd party packages than strictly the cmtp.7z format from the original design which was restricted to that specific format which is/was for "conky manager theme pack formats with 7z compression". https://github.com/zcot/conky-manager2/commit/442c772b0fc69f808aef865cf779aa3a127b295c
@PoorPocketsMcNewHold demonstrates this with GUI method.
Sometimes "themes", "packs" or "configs" do not follow this specific "conky manager theme pack format", but it is not hard to manage it anyway and the program will usually be able to use the files, but sometimes you might want to adjust the first subdirectory of the archive just for file organization if nothing else.
A manual approach is to extract the archive contents into a conky subdirectory of your choosing, for example: ~/.conky
or ~/.config/conky
is typical. With this method you can possibly control the subdirectory placement easier or manage it in a manual way depending on the archive contents and subdirectories. If you do this manually, then Conky Manager should automatically show you the usable configs in the GUI list. Additionally, you can use the "Application Settings" icon feature then "Locations" to add additional directory paths for the default search list of the program.
This might not be as much an issue as a request/question. I might be a noob about this, but i cant find a way to add any third-party conkys to the manager other then the 8 pre-installed ones (and the different versions of the same 8) I've seen a lot of conkys on NoobsLab ( https://www.noobslab.com/2012/07/conky-collection-for-ubuntulinux.html ) and it would be awesome if there was a way to install these into the manager in some way.
Pre-installed ones;
