Source refers to non-existing LICENSE.TXT #49

The project home refers licensing to the source code files. In the source code 
there is reference to LICENSE.TXT, but no such file exists in the tarball.

This is fixed in the current source.

Yeah, this project really works from svn-trunk, not the tarballs (which are 
pegged to a particular released version of clang).  So I'll close this bug as 
fixed.
