Provided on the Autofac group by Rich Tebb:

>> Update - the difference between the Moq assemblies is that the one in the 
AutofacContrib repository references mscorlib v2.0, whereas the assembly in the 
NuGet feed references .NET 4.0. By updating to the .NET 4.0 version of Moq we 
also get rid of the build warnings about multiple definitions of System.Func as 
described at https://groups.google.com/d/topic/autofac/nP8ZnM7GpIE/discussion.

I've pushed the changes to my clone https://code.google.com/r/richtebb-autofac2 
if anyone's interested.
